Shopping terms

Delivery Charges: Our standard next day carriage charge for mainland UK deliveries is £4.95. For larger items or pieces of furniture we charge £30.00 for mainland UK. Each item will be clearly marked with a delivery charge when ordering. Delivery for furniture will only be charged when the item is ready to ship.

Returns Policy: Twenty Two Interiors has a 14 day returns policy. If you wish to return your purchase a telephone call must be made to us so that we can arrange collection of the item. Please do not post the item yourself. When returning your purchase the invoice must be included and the item packaged in a suitable box so that no further damage occurs when in transit. Unfortunately we cannot refund the carriage charge. We cannot accept a return on furniture. Measurements and fabric choices must be double checked before ordering.

Cancellation Policy: We action your order immediately so when cancelling an order we ask that it is done as soon as possible. When ordering furniture this must be done within 7 days of ordering or cancellation cannot be accepted. Each piece of furniture is ordered especially for you and costs will be incurred if a cancellation takes place any later. If cancelled within 7 days a full refund will be given.

Replacement Policy: If for some reason an item you have received has been damaged in transit we will replace the item as soon as possible for you. Due to the exclusivity of our products sometimes this may not be possible straight away if out of stock. We will endeavour to replace it as soon as possible for you and we will contact you if items may have been discontinued.
