Delivery Charges

We can only deliver within the UK. Our delivery charge for items upto 10kg mainland UK delivery is £4.95, however, on small lightweight gifts we charge just £2.95. We aim to deliver your purchase next day if the item is in stock. Large items & furniture have a delivery charge of £45 if sent outside of the York area. Most local deliveries we can deliver free of charge. 

Returns Policy

Twenty Two Interiors has a 14 day returns policy on most of our products.If you are unhappy with your purchase please pack the item carefully so that no further damage occurs during transit when returning it to us.  Items must be sent back to us in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage charge. Measurements and fabric choices on furniture must be double checked before ordering. We cannot accept returns on furniture that have been specifically made/ordered for you. We strongly advise asking for fabric/wood swatches prior to placing your order. If an item arrives damaged or faulty then, of course, we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. 

Cancellation Policy

We action your order immediately so when cancelling an order we ask that it is done as soon as possible. When ordering furniture this must be done within 7 days of ordering or cancellation cannot be accepted. Each piece of furniture is ordered especially for you and costs will be incurred if a cancellation takes place any later. If cancelled within 7 days a full refund will be given.
